  I'm not sure exactly why but this website is loading extremely slow for me.
  Is anyone else having this issue or is it a issue on my end?

  First of all I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask
  if you don't mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
  I've had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
  I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost
  just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas
