  When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three
  e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from
  that service? Many thanks!

  Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles?
  I mean, what you say is fundamental and all.
  But think of if you added some great graphics or video clips to
  give your posts more, "pop"! Your content
  is excellent but with images and video clips, this website could definitely be one of the most beneficial in its niche.
