  When I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify
  me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the exact same comment.
  Is there an easy method you are able to remove me from
  that service? Thank you!

  First off I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question that I'd
  like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you
  center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing.
  
  I've had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
  
  I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to
  15 minutes tend to be lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?
